By executing a booking via the Secure Terminal or transferring files to Majestic Madness, you agree to these binding terms. All creative services are governed by the specific tier requirements selected at checkout.
We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our sonic standards or brand values. In such events, deposits will be returned in full.
Deposits: A mandatory deposit (via Square) is required to secure your slot in the production queue. This deposit effectively removes your time slot from the market and is non-refundable.
Final Settlement: Final deliverables (The Gang of 4 Pack) are released only upon 100% clearance of the remaining balance. No watermarked files will be removed until payment is confirmed.
Work for Hire: Upon final payment, the artist (Client) retains 100% master ownership of the recording. Majestic Madness retains no backend royalties unless specifically negotiated in a separate Producer Agreement (Tier V).
Portfolio Use: Majestic Madness reserves the right to use snippets of the finished work for promotional portfolio use unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to booking.
Majestic Madness is not a cloud storage provider. While we maintain project files for 6 months post-completion as a courtesy, we accept no liability for data loss after final delivery.
Clients are solely responsible for downloading and backing up their "Gang of 4" deliverables immediately upon receipt.
Your artistic data is sacred. We collect personal information (email, phone, audio files) solely for project execution. We do not trade, sell, or expose your unreleased material to third parties.
